Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Raji, left today, Tuesday, for the French capital, Paris, to participate in a meeting called by the President of the French Senate, Gerard Larchet, under the title “Solidarity for Lebanon.” Minister Raji, in the presence of Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmed Al-Hajjar, will inaugurate the process of launching biometric passports at the Lebanese Embassy in Paris, in a step that falls within the process of modernizing Lebanese consular services for the benefit of expatriates.
